Many children’s magicians play the part of The Fool, at whom the children yell in superiority as they bumble about the stage. Those entertainers are wonderful and get great laughs. I just prefer a different approach.
I wear a suit and try to evoke a sense of elegance, professionalism, warmth and fun.
I was also a teacher! I spent two summers at a private college prep school, with one of those summers teaching 5th and 6th graders the art of magic!
